    Step 4: Clean Up
    • Drop cloths are removed from the landscaping.

    • Old paints chips on the ground are removed using a shop vacuum.

    • Garbage and trash are removed from the property.

    Step 5: Inspection
    • Crew members do a final walk-around and touch up any areas as needed.

    • The foreman and customer do one final walk through.

    • Leftover paint is sealed, labeled, and left for the customer.

    Step 1: Power Washing
    • All surfaces to be painted are power washed or hand cleaned prior to the start of every job. Why? Cleaning removes any flaking paint, dirt, mildew, mold, and/or acid rain build-up on the surface.  A clean, solid substrate promotes good adhesion of the paint or stain and gives longevity to the work.

    Step 2: Preparation
    • Any loose or pealing paint that remains after power washing is hand scraped to ensure a stable, solid surface for the new products.

    • Any bare areas of wood or metal are spot-primed with the appropriate primer to allow for proper adhesion of the finish coats.  Any areas where tannin oils have bled through will be spot-primed with oil primer to prevent further unsightly bleed-through.

    Step 3: Painting
    • Landscaping, driveways, etc., are covered with drop cloths to protect from drips, splatters, and over spray.  Areas adjacent to where we are painting will be protected with masking paper, masking plastic, and/or spray shields.

    • Painting will be done by experienced professionals, who will apply the paint with a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface and the customer's desire.
